HOW TO TIE

1. With the same motion as putting a belt on, wrap the strand around your waist or hips.

2. Once positioned in the area of your liking, secure your waist beads by tying a single knot, followed by a double knot than repeat. (Tie a total of 4 times for best security)

3. Once securely tied, cut extra thread and beads off. (I recommend having a bowl near to put extra beads in) 

4. Embrace your beads. Love on your body.
